2020 Annual Meeting Update

Dear NPPOA Members:
Due to the uncertainties presented by Covid-19, the Board has two important announcements to make:
We have decided that our Annual Meeting the morning of July 25th be conducted differently this year. We regret having to make this change as the presentations by Town officials and the Board allow for a positive exchange of ideas.
We have also decided to cancel the Annual Wine and Cheese Party that was scheduled for the afternoon of the same day.
Your safety and adhering to federal, state, county, and local mandates are top priorities for us. Therefore, instead of meeting the morning of July 25th at the Peconic Recreation Center (which is currently closed and has not announced a reopening date), the business portion of our Annual Meeting will be conducted via email and the US mail.
Based on our by-laws, the election of Board Members is the most important business to be conducted at the Annual Meeting. This year, please choose one voting method from the options below.

Access the paper ballot mailed to each member this week.
Paper ballots should be sent by US Mail to NPPOA Elections, PO Box 346, Cutchogue, NY 11935 no later than July 24, 2020.
Vote for five NPPOA Board nominees (3 new Board members and the re-election of 2 Board members whose three-year terms are expiring.) Write-in candidates are also permitted.
